ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Lauren Gund is a creative executive who founded Helm & Forge based on a genuine understanding of what it feels like to desire something better, something more. While working for a global engineering firm, she realized there was a greater impact to be made right outside her door, by refocusing on the communities, residents, small businesses, and aspiring entrepreneurs. And this is how Helm & Forge was born — out of the idea that by teaching and empowering others to succeed independently, we can all rise together.

Over the course of her career, Lauren has worked closely with big businesses, local & state governments, and non-profits. She has developed a unique 360-degree view of industry practices and the need to transform them. Using this experience, Lauren has created an approach to delivering tailored solutions geared towards making a positive impact on the world in which we live, work, and play.
